Arhimser Villa is located on the pristine Kahandamodara beach on an acre of magnificent beachfront. The villa has 4 extra large, high ceilinged double bedrooms with sea views, each room is over 42 square meters with attached ensuite, air conditioning, fans, bidet, safe. closet, clothes rack, baggage rack etc., The spacious, airy lounge and dining areas also have sea views. The modern kitchen, pantry and separate laundry provide ample space for comfort and privacy. The villa accommodates 8 persons. If requested, one extra bed can be added to each of 2 rooms - in total 10 persons can be accommodated. Each extra bed attracts a charge of USD 40 per night. Free pick up from the BIA International airport or a hotel in Colombo is provided for stays of 7 nights for groups of up to 8 travelling together. For stays of 10 nights free pick up and drop off is provided. For stays lesser than 7 nights pick up can be provided at an agreed price. Our chef prepares delicious meals, local and western, that can be ordered off a menu. Breakfast is priced at USD 7, lunch or dinner USD 8-12, kids meals and vegetarian and light meals at USD 6-8 per meal. Vegetarian and light snacks, soups, salads and deserts are priced at USD 4-8. Special meals like lobster, crab and lagoon prawns can be provided at market rates with advance notice. Guests staying for 7 nights have the option of buying their own supplies and using the services of the chef free of charge to cook their meals in the kitchen or BBQ. Our staff will assist you, if required in buying your supplies.

A wash only laundry service is available with an iron and ironing board provided for guests to do their own ironing. A charge of USD 50 cents per piece applies. The villa rate includes all taxes and daily service. A staff team of four including the chef work at the villa. There are separate staff quarters on the premises where some of the staff live. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the transport providers and suggest guests use their services as the rates are very competitive.
