❤️ Romantic Couples Retreat in the country❤️Farm Stay

Leave the hustle and the bustle of life behind and come to our 50 acre third generation family farm to find peace and quiet . We invite you to stay in our daylight basement apartment, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch while taking in the breathtaking views of beautiful farmland all around you. In the comforts of your very own apartment, you will have a queen bed with all linens provided, a walk in shower, where we provide you with towels and washcloths.
We know you will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, dishes and silverware you could need to make your meals. We are excited to tell you that there are a pair of front loading washer and dryer in the apartment that you may feel free to use during your stay with us. In the living room you will be able to kick back and relax on our love seats and enjoy our smart tv with lots of options for you ( we also have local cable with lots of channels to choose from). Also you will find an electric fireplace to add a romantic environment to your evening. We invite you to stroll around our property and visit our farm animals (we have baby lambs and goats we will allow you to see and hold in February-end of March). We also have a beautiful creek flowing through our property that we allow you to enjoy sitting by and relaxing .
If you are traveling and would like to do some other sight seeing, we have many tourists spots within a 30 minute drive of our place. Here are a few that we suggest.
Hershey Park, Hershey chocolate World, Hershey Gardens, Dutch wonderland, Middle creek wildlife preserve(snow geese in February), Green Dragon Farmers Market (open Friday’s only), Sight and Sound Theaters, American Music Theaters, Indian Echo Caverns, Historic Ephrata cloisters., Cornwall Iron Furnace. A cute little town of Mt Gretna (known for the Jigger ice cream shop) is only 20 minutes away. We are a quick five minute drive from the coolest small town, Lititz featuring lots of street shopping, brewery’s, pubs , and the famous Wilbur Chocolate. Right down the street from us is Fox’s Creamery which was voted PA’s best ice cream.
If you are into kayaking there is a lake about 5 minutes from our house. We also have bicycles that we would be happy to rent to you for a ride in farm country.
If you are into fresh fruits and vegetables in summertime, we have many local produce stands within a short distance of our property.
As you can see, there is plenty to see and do while you enjoy your stay here on our farm. We invite you to come and make your self at home. We would love to meet and talk with you, if you are comfortable with that, but if you would prefer a quiet stay to yourself we honor that as well. We live on the property, so we are only a phone call away and will be available to help in anyway that we can.
