Accommodating up to 10 guests, the master bedroom is furnished with 1 king bed and 1 unique twin stow-away bed, with a private bathroom (Linens are not included for stow-away bed). Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 offers a unique triple, twin size, bunk bed unit, with a private bath. **Please note that the triple bunk beds have a weight limit of 140 lbs per bed** For additional bedding, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa), and you will appreciate having the convenience of a half bath just off the living room. With seating for 6 at the bar, and 8 at the dining table, there will be room enough for the whole gang to gather together just hanging out, playing games or enjoying meals, while making sweet memories. You will enjoy the enclosed outdoor hot & cold shower after a long day in the sand. Imagine having the perfect day swimming laps or lounging by the 10' x 20' private saltwater pool, or relaxing on the porch while taking in captivating marsh views, along with some of the most gorgeous sunsets that Holden Beach has to offer! This is a NO PET Property.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals)
