The Chatham Lighthouse and the ever-popular Lighthouse Beach are just a few hundred feet away, where you can swim, sunbathe, and catch a glimpse of the native seal population. And if you want to get out on the water, hook up with Chatham Fishing Charters (ask for Captain Darren) less than a mile west.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
