Choose this vacation headquarters and give your group of up to 20 the best of all options. A main house plus separate guest house on nearly an acre and a half of level yard for play space. A stunning new 20' X 60' heated saltwater pool with large stone patio. A three-minute walk to Brewster's Breakwater Beach. And an eight-minute walk to the iconic Brewster Store and Main Street/Route 6A, where you'll discover some excellent restaurant choices.

The main house, just completed in 2020, offers elegance without pretense, centered on its spacious, thoughtfully outfitted chef's kitchen. Here you'll appreciate the large center island with high boy seating, beautiful granite and tile, as well as abundant counter space bathed in natural light. The kitchen opens to a TV lounge, which walks out to the expansive patio and pool. There is also a good-sized dining room here, as well as a handy half bath and laundry.

The main house has sleeping for up to 12 in five bedrooms, two of which are king masters, one on the main level, the other upstairs. Each master has its own private full bath en suite.

The separate guest house offers single level living and sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms with a full bath. You have a full eat-in kitchen here, as well as a TV lounge.

Your outdoor summer living is optimized on the oversized patio which envelops the big pool. There's also a hot tub, a large gas grill, a fire pit and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Each house is centrally air conditioned, has cable TV, a SONOS Sound system and high speed Wi-Fi.

Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 245.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

Beautiful house with everything you could want in a vacation home

Our entire family (16 people) for a week. The house was absolutely stunning, pool is one of a kind, super clean and the room on the grounds couldn't have been any more perfect! If we visit Cape Cod again, this house is a no brainer.

Perfect for a large family get together. House is in very good condition … seems like possibly better than the pictures. Great location to walk to beach or town. Also very responsive: any issues we had were addressed very quickly. We’ll be coming back!

Family vacation

Exceeded expectations for cleanliness, location and overall layout. With 8 adults and 7 children ranging on age from 20 months to 9 years, never felt crowded. Multiple areas to sit and eat. Pool is awesome! Beach just a few minute walk away. Quiet street with very little traffic. Would definitely go again!

Great destination

We enjoyed staying in this well-stocked house. The pool is the centerpiece of the property. There were 20 of us staying in the main house and the cottage house. Very close walk to the beach on the bay side. Plenty of room in the yard to entertain ourselves.

Amazing property in a beautiful area of Cape Cod with lovely amenities

We picked this villa and guest house for a family reunion of adults. The very large kitchen, outdoor bbq area, the pool and most importantly - the hot tub - were all amazing amenities to make our reunion special! Thank you very much! Can highly recommend this property!

Great house!

I stayed here with a bunch of friends and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, nice and plenty of pool and bath towels. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we spent most days hanging there. They had amazing areas indoors and outdoors to relax. Plus an easy to use fire pit. The manager was lovely coming over at the start of our stay and showing me how to use everything. The guest house was great too!

Great House

Large and highly functional home - prefect for large groups. We had around 20 people and there was adequate room, although there are fewer bathrooms than you might expect. Pool is great. A few blocks walk to the bay and a short walk to hiking and a few restaurants.

Nice place

Roomy clean property. Provided enough space for family of 18. Close enough for a brief walk to the beach which is only about a quarter of a mile away from home. We experienced some technical difficulties with the dishwasher and main house gas fireplace and with the WiFi reception at the small guest house. Company did respond to our concerns and sent someone out to address the issues but it was a holiday and it would take more technical skills to resolve. The company did leave us a $300 gift certificate which was nice. We still enjoyed our time there and hope they will have those issues resolve in time for the next guests.

Perfect for large family event!

Propert and space was perfect for a large family gathering - plenty to do snd plenty of outside space for 20 guests to hang out comfortably. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome property for family and friends

Place was exactly as advertised. Very clean & spacious. Pool and hot tub were the highlights. Real close to the beach. Property manager was very responsive the entire weekend. 10/10 would Come back again.
