If this Resort has a pool listed as an amenity; the pool hours are 8am -to- 10pm. Pool may be seasonal at cold winter climate resorts.

I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Studio King Special Needs: King bed in living area. Unit has partial kitchen with no oven or stovetop. Grab bars, roll-under sink, roll-in shower. Maximum occupancy 2.

ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). IMPORTANT: Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a per night fee of $25 -and- a $16 energy per night fee, to be paid at check-in at the Front Desk. These fees apply to all resorts at St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $250 security deposit HOLD against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit HOLD will be released on the day of departure.
