This private estate on ten acres is the perfect place for a family! In addition to the acreage on which to roam, two different ponds and a quintessential babbling brook at the rear of the property provide endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. The larger of the two was built as a swimming pond and has a depth of 20 feet. Engage the specialized fountain feature in the larger pond to set the tone for an amazing evening dining al fresco on the expansive stone patio. If the mountain weather gets chilly, use the outdoor firepit for a bit of warmth without having to retreat inside. Two separate barbeques, one near the outdoor firepit and another off the kitchen area of the home, provide plenty of space to grill for everyone to eat together and have all their favorites. There is more than enough room on the main large deck for everyone to sit down for meals together.
When it truly is too cold to enjoy the outdoors, the interior of the home provides just as many areas for the entire family's comfort, entertainment, and privacy. If you'd like to rejoin the group, head down to the lower level of the home where the 75" flat screen television and gas fireplace make for the perfect movie night in on the couch. With a private bedroom and King sized bed, 3/4 bathroom, spacious closets, laundry room, and direct egress to the outdoors, this level provides everything you need.
