🛏️The Space:

Three Bedroom, Three Bath Condo at Fordham 503 with ocean front views. Features 1 king bed, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area, a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, a balcony, and an on-site pool. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, and Starbucks.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Beautiful!! Clean place, convenient parking and close walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Loved every minute.

Our stay at your beautiful condo was truly wonderful. The atmosphere, furnishings, and light fixtures were all thoughtfully chosen and created such a welcoming space. The modern, well-equipped kitchen was very convenient, and the stunning ocean view was absolutely magnificent.The spacious balcony, which extended the length of both king bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen, allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every area. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the resort itself was lovely.Thank you so much for offering others the opportunity to experience your beautiful place — it was truly a memorable stay

Great Condo with fabulous patio!

This condo was beautiful and spacious. The only thing lacking was wine glasses and flatwear. Other than that, it was perfect!

Lovely condo

The condo is very clean, comfortable, peaceful, spacious, and well laid out. Cooks note: the kitchen is not stocked with any foil, wrap, oil, or spices except sp. The pans are scratched and past their useful life.
