We sincerely apologize that your stay fell so far short of expectations, especially during a birthday celebration. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience multiple maintenance issues, pool alarms throughout the night, and concerns regarding bed bugs. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we take these concerns seriously. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, as we will use your feedback to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests. We truly hope to have a better opportunity to serve you.
