I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 28 square meters apartment which is located in the heart of the 10th district of Paris. It is perfect for a tourist or professional stay and can accommodate 2 people. All amenities are nearby and you will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city!

## Logement
My accommodation is warm, quiet and well equipped. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a dining area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, oven, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, Wifi and bluetooth speakers.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You'll have a direct access to a beautiful yoga studio. My accommodation is located near various bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find a Franprix at 2 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll in the city and discover the tourist sites which make the fame of Paris!

You will stay near the Porte Saint-Denis and the Jardin Villemin.
The Eiffel Tower is 38 minutes away by metro, the Sainte Chapelle is 20 minutes away, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 22 minutes away and the Louvre Museum is 21 minutes away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
