Nicely updated Modern Craftsman with MoranDecor designed Interior 4 bedrooms (2 up, 2 down, 3 queens 1 full size bed). Each themed room is equiped with a wireless phone charger, Amazon smart speaker for Alarm/weather/news/music. 1 bathroom on each floor with supply of towels. Wi-fi available throughout home. The main floor kitchen is fully equiped and includes Keurig coffee maker, crock-pot, waffle maker, flat grill and a full supply of pots/pans/utinsels/plates/silverware/glassware. Overall Great Stay

Kevin’s place was very nice and clean, fully stocked with everything you might need and complete with a large backyard that is great for families. It has a convenient location, close to many amenities and only a 25 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. The only downside was that it is located on a main road, but overall it was still a great stay!

This house fit our needs PERFECTLY. It was very welcoming. Had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. The basement area was a great place to hangout and the backyard with the fire pit was great also! The bedrooms were perfectly sized and it truely felt like a home away from home.

We had a great time!

We went to Coeur d’Alene to celebrate my parents’ 50 year anniversary. We had an amazing time, we enjoyed the property and we enjoyed the city. Family vacay

This was great house for our family of four. Definitely enough room for more people. It was equipped with anything you could need for a stay away from home. We enjoyed the outdoor part of property as well. We took advantage of the fire pit, grill, hot tub and cornhole. Property was close to dowtown and easy access to the freeway to get to Silverwood. We would definitely stay there again.

No surprises! Sweet place located close to everything! We had a great time at the house and st Silverwood! Host is easily accessible and quick to respond. Patio and covered porch were perfect for us! Rooms were comfortable and absolutely enough room for us all.(10). Would definitely come back!

Great space!

There was ample space for our family! We enjoyed having two separate TVs so that the little kids and the adults could each be watching something. It was unfortunate that the hot tub temperature was set at 104° and the rules of the house stated that we were not allowed to change the temperature. So unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the hot tub likely wanted. Overall great space and good communication with host.

Laura, Sorry for the hot tub..... temp is set by me at 102 and usually I double check the temp after each guest, however I missed checking temp while servicing the water and cleaning filter prior to your arrival (obviously the previous guests did not follow the rules and changed the temp). Our main concern is that someone would turn heat level up past the maximum recommended safe temperature of 104. With this in incident in mind we will update the Spa rules to allow adjusting within a range of acceptable temps (as well as trying to program the controls to stay within a certain limit). I appreciate the feedback and hope to have you stay again.

Spacious home, and big fenced backyard!

We had a great time! We had a large group and this house was able to accommodate well! The backyard was very spacious with a hot tub, corn hole, and more. We had issues with the wifi half of our stay- but it was quickly resolved. Only suggestion I would offer, would be to add more lighting in the backyard. The hot tub had no lights and was pitch black- so unfortunately we did not utilize that experience. Other than that- great experience.

Alona, Thank you for the review. The switch to the lights on the back patio had been changed by previous renters (despite house guide requesting it not be changed) as the string lights on patio are suppose to come on when it gets dark and off when the sun rises, but despite house instructions I believe the previous guests had turned to the "off" position. Those lights (at least when I use the tub) have given sufficient lighting. We are happy everything was to your liking and in the future also hope to have the covered patio extended out to the tub. Unsatisfactory

Animals not allowed, but hair all over bedding,I am allergic to animals and had to was sheets before I could sleep on them.The kitchen faucet leaked when you used it , cupboards gross and dirty. Washing machine leaked on the floor when you washed anything. You need to get a better cleaning service, look under the couch, must sweep all the dirt under it. Our family made the best of it, lots of nice amenities also.

We will be discussing cleanliness with housekeeping as you were the 1st guest of this summer season (we only rent during summer and winter vacation times). New faucet is set to go in this week (it cracked right before the weekend, my apologies). Have not seen any issues when we run the wash machine, but we will take a look - appreciate the feedback as it makes us aware of some items we would not have otherwise known and strive to provide the most enjoyable stay Thank you

This was our second time staying at this home, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house is always spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, everyone has plenty of room to spread out and relax.The location is hard to beat. It’s just minutes from the lake and only about a 25-minute drive to Silverwood, making it the perfect home base for a family vacation.Everything about this home makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has everything we need. We already know we’ll be staying here again on our next trip to Idaho. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I purchased this property due to it's convienent location and great layout. Directly across the street is a convience store and kiddy corner from a middle school which has new basketball courts and playing fields. The location is only 18 blocks (1mi) from downtown and only 1mi from Canfield mountain. Located 1/2mi off the 15th St exit on I-90 it is super convienent and easy to find
