Located in beautiful Colonial Country Club, this north-facing, ground-floor Egret carriage home offers a king-sized master bedroom, queen guest bedroom, den/office w/trundle bed, living room, dining room, kitchen with cafe eating area, and two full bathrooms.
This end unit features windows along 3 walls and natural light in every room. It is an exceptionally bright home. The split bedroom and den floor plan provide unique privacy.
Enjoy the lake, bird watching, and preserves view from your screened lanai, living room, master bedroom and cafe. Easy ground-level access from the lanai to the backyard with private grill.
There are large flat-screen TVs in the living area, master bedroom, guest bedroom, den, and lanai. There is also a wall-mounted 25-inch TV in the cafe/kitchen. Full HD TV package with voice-activated remotes is included, as is high-speed fiber internet throughout the unit for all your portable devices.
The home is turnkey and includes a fully-stocked kitchen, linens and grill. The laundry closet features a new Samsung washer and dryer. We have about 10 board games for evenings of fun.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom, double sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. The windowed den offers a trundle bed (2 twins), dresser, desk, wireless printer, and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd bathroom has a combination full tub/shower.
This home has a one-car garage and a private driveway for a 2nd car. We're a smoke-free and pet-free home, for the consideration of all of our guests.
It's a 2-minute walk to the Association's private pool, hot tub, sun deck with lounge chairs, gas grill and covered seating (perfect for your picnics and gatherings).
Of course, you also have access to both of the Country Club's two community pools.
Colonial Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis, as well as an aquatic driving range, putting green, and golf pro shop. Golf is Pay and Play (about $80 per round, including cart)
There are 12 parking spots reserved for guests just 200 feet down the block.
The Community’s recreation complex includes eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, bocce and 2 community pools. The clubhouse features a dining room with weekly entertainment and dancing. (The gym is currently closed for renovation.)
A 2.3-mile scenic preserve walkway offers a path for walking, or just a stroll to look out for the abundant local wildlife.
Colonial Country Club is an access-controlled, gated community. The gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a renter, you are given a pass that allows you to easily enter the community without waiting.
We've prepared a comprehensive renter's guide with everything you need to know to have a great rental experience, such as how to adjust the A/C, use the TV remotes, fire up the grill, find the spare smoke detector, etc. (We've rented other people's homes ourselves, and have discovered that not having a good user manual can be a real hassle when you're trying to figure something out for the first time.)
Obtaining HOA Rental Approval Process: Colonial Country Club (like other upscale country clubs in the area) requires renters to complete a simple HOA rental application. We will email the HOA application to you within 24 hours of your booking. Renters are expected to return the completed application within 72 hours of receiving it. If it's not returned, we reserve the right to respectfully cancel the rental agreement and issue a refund.
