This beautiful home I bought in 2015 has everything all the other apartments I have stayed in France have lacked. Amazing view without all the stairs (8 simple stairs gets you to magnificent views)—no big hills. Walk 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, train station, bus line. The best mattress in France, it's extremely comfortable, new, and expensive. Great towels, sheets, and pillows. This is a comfortable high end home. Please enjoy!

I purchased my penthouse in Medellin, Colombia, after visiting for a weekend and realizing this country had the friendliest people in the world! The perfect weather was the final factor that made me leave Florida and take the road less traveled, and as Frost says, "that has made all the difference."

The penthouse is one of the nicest in Medellin. Fantastic views, easy hills. 10-minute walk to Parque Lleras. Quiet building, friendly neighbors, and amazing mattresses. All the best amenities.

* Update April 2021
We have had the internet company come out and upgrade our Internet and router again, and guests are sending us screenshots of 222Mbps on download and 11mbps on upload. The Internet does depend on many factors, so always prepare a backup plan if you work remotely. I recommend a VPN as some websites are blocked in Colombia. Tethering to your phone is always advised in case of heavy internet usage in the area causing slowing speeds.

*Update January 2021- We just updated the apartment to add a new sofa for the living room and a new office chair for the office desk. Painting and other repairs were also finished in January.

Castropol is my favorite area of Poblado. I bought this penthouse there in 2012 and have spent many months enjoying the easy access to Calle 10, Parque Lleras, the gyms and malls, and great shopping. It's a 10-minute walk to everything but still quiet so you can get a good night's rest. The hills are far flatter than other areas in Poblado, so you do not need to hail a taxi for every excursion or business meeting.
