There are numerous hiking trails within walking distance, miles of bike paths into the village or across Vail Pass along with several waterfalls along the north facing slopes. Close by to our condo is the outdoor swimming pool and recently resurfaced tennis courts. A small grocery store and liquor store are just down the road while 2 supermarkets are located 5 miles away in West Vail. Our condo is located two blocks away from Vail Racquet Club (VRC) which has a pool, hot tubs, full gym, tennis courts, saunas, steam room and a coffee shop. A nominal daily gym fee per day per person enables unlimited access to VRC.
For getting around the continuous, free Vail bus route is a fantastic alternative to paying for parking in the village. Our condo is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and you're in the heart of Vail village in 10 minutes.
