The side patio provides for a great spot to bbq & relax after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away. This home comes complete and includes a 2020 GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ grill, BICYCLES W/HELMETS & BIKE PUMP, WiFi internet connection, & SO MUCH MORE!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
