Waikiki - It's all about the Ocean View

This condo, like all the ocean facing Four Paddle units, looks onto the emerging Ritz-Carlton development. Thankfully, over the last 2 years, by far our most frequent guest feedback has been that the construction activity did not impinge on their enjoyment of the condo. Nonetheless, we encourage prospective guests to ask lots of questions before booking - as many do. We will give you as honest and as impartial an assessment as possible, since it is in our shared interests that the condo experience meets guest expectations. All Four Paddle condos have the same high quality central A/C systems. During this guest’s mid-summer stay, Hawaii experienced record heat and humidity. When we checked the air conditioning, we could only replicate moisture from the system when it was in operation at the same time as the lanai door was open.
