Welcome to your seaside oasis! Nestled just steps from the beach access, our spacious 2-bedroom unit offers unparalleled ocean views and a host of amenities to make your stay unforgettable. With two-car parking, hardwood and carpeted floors, a generous bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen, we've thought of everything to ensure your comfort.

Our location on a peaceful dead-end street guarantees a tranquil escape, free from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Situated on the second floor of a quaint 6-unit complex, our home boasts a sun-filled living/dining/kitchen area with a large Roku smart TV and sliding glass doors leading to a deck with breathtaking ocean vistas.

The master bedroom features a cozy queen bed, ample closet space, and its own Roku smart TV, with a private entrance to the deck for easy access to the stunning views. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps three with a bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

After a day at the beach (conveniently located just across the street!), rinse off the sand in one of our two large enclosed outdoor showers with hot water. With Topsail Island's myriad of activities, including museums, the Battleship North Carolina, and the Fort Fisher Aquarium, there's something for everyone to enjoy, rain or shine.

Ok stay

This place is a bit run down. And falling apart. There was black mold in the ceiling and around shower in bathroom. It has a beach access vey close and on a no outlet street, so traffic was minimal. We had a great time. This place just need a little TLC and would be great.

Pros and cons… Pros: Close walk to the beach, very affordable for a last minute planned trip over thanksgiving, the queen bed was comfortable, it had all the kitchen appliances and things we needed, everything was pretty clean, tv worked good, enough parking for our big SUV and our trailer, shower was good, easy to communicate with the property owners. They responded immediately and willing to fix anything we needed or answer questions. The washer and dryer were downstairs and only $1.50 and $1.00 so that was nice. Cons- You can tell it’s dated… cabinets messed up, blinds broke, mold around the outside of the tub. It really was pretty clean but there was what looked like poop smeared on the wall by the toilet. The worst part was there were these pokey sticker things ALL in the carpet and my kids and us kept stepping on them and my kids would cry and cry. I would have to dig them out of being embedded into the carpet. I bet I had to dig 30 out. I couldn’t figure out the remote volume so anyone that goes… the volume button is on the side of the remote. The 2nd mayor Con was the people on the floor above us. You could hear EVERY SINGLE step they took! And they took 1000000! They were up at midnight, 3am, 6am and their steps would wake us up. If you rent this place get the top floor for sure! Overall, this was a nice vacay for my husband and kids. We just wanted to get away and it was all we needed for the weekend. My kids loved it! My husband did too bc he could walk right across the road to fish. We felt safe. The view off the porch was nice and there is a door that shuts off the porch so my kids couldn’t get out. I would suggest it if your not looking for anything fancy.

Great place. Location is perfect. Only downside is the noise from adjacent guests. Kitchen could use a few things (can opener/bottle opener). Parking is great but lines need to be repainted to clearly show which space is yours. Overall a great place
