Situated on the 4th floor with stairs, our charming 40sqm property offers an ideal urban retreat. The area is characterised by its charming Parisian atmosphere, making it perfect for an authentic Paris experience.

Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, and the stairs leading up to it are quite narrow.

It is designed with an open floor plan. Overlooking Péreire Avenue, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk and 2 French balconies, perfect for unwinding.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals, such as an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Our home is located conveniently in the 17th Arrondissement. Key pickup is within a 6-minute walk, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, Neuilly Porte Maillot (metro line 1 and RER C and E), is just a one-minute walk.

Paris Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports are approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Scooters and bicycles are available for rent at the bottom of the apartment. (Lime, Uber, Citiscoot).

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
