What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Notes about parking:
Guest Registration Packets for Phoenix West II must be purchased from the HOA Property Manager, and they are not included in the cost of your reservation. This packet includes your parking pass. Parking Passes are $60, plus tax.
Each Guest Registration Packet includes:
*1 Vehicle ID placed in dashboard (parking pass)
*Amenity bands (all persons in vehicle)
*Code to Fitness Center
*Rules & Regulations to be signed
Limit 2 Vehicles per Stay. One additional Vehicle ID may be purchased for an additional fee ($60, plus tax).
Few other reminders about parking:
-Boats, trailers, RV's, 4 wheelers, Uhauls are not allowed to park on site. We do have a off site partner we work with that we are happy to share their information.
-Each vehicle must be tagged or risk being booted/towed. If booted cost is $195 - $210.
-Guest parking is level 2-12
-Extra passes are based upon garage capacity.
-Vehicles not tagged are booted or tagged; both require payment
