POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds during this week.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 1 child under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This residence does not have access to the amenities at Old Greenwood's Pavilion/Club.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No smoking
