The space
We are 15 mins from the nearest town and 45 mins from the nearest city. This is an important factor when choosing our space. Our location is superb but we are not a stones throw from a store. You will have the chance to review us on our location and we want to be sure you are aware of our setting prior to booking.
When you arrive, after driving stretches of natural scenery, you'll pull into the driveway and see the garage bordered with rustic garden beds. Inside has enough space to rest comfortable with a kick back rustic feel. The kitchen provides just enough with a breakfast bar, small convection toaster oven, microwave, economically spaced fridge, a two burner hot plate, coffee and tea, tea kettle and coffee pot.
Everyone gets their own nook with a double bed tucked in the loft and a king bed downstairs.
Outside are batches of organic veggies, perennials, and sweet smelling shrubs, wood stocked fire pit, and our favorite, the poor mans hot tub. A circa 1890 cast iron mineral stained tubs filled with your own bathwater to your own temperature. Bring your bathing suit for extra privacy. Enjoy the rest of the 15 acre homestead with goats, our large Great Pyrenees dog named Aslan, and Bilbo the butler kitty.
We do our best to provide you with a clean natural space. We do not use insecticides or chemicals on anything. This means you can smell and eat most anything on the property but that also means you may experience a cobweb or unwanted little farm life creatures.

Guest access
You may see other renters who have rented our our houses on the property. However you will have your own courtyard tucked into your area. See photos.

Pets:
$50 pet fee prior to arrival. You must inform us of your pet before hand or we will go through VRBO to require the security deposit. Your animal MUST be on a leash.

WiFi
Wifi is only used for zoom calls and researching. NO STREAMING. Please download movies prior to arrival.
Grill
Bring charcoal for grilling.
