Come treat yourself at The Highland Hangout with mountain-modern luxury in this 2020, new construction townhome in the Broken Ridge Commons. With three levels, three bedrooms, three baths and beds with quality linens to sleep up to eight people, there's plenty of room for your family to relax in comfort. You'll appreciate all of the upgraded finishes and attention to design throughout this new home, including a quiet little desk spot in the master suite for working remotely.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and also a full bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer and single car garage access is also on this level. Level two is the main living area which has the gourmet kitchen, a dining area with seating for four at the dining table and four at the breakfast bar. The dining area flows into the living room with generous windows and a door leading to the balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. You'll also find a guest bedroom with a bunkbed with one queen and two twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
On the third level you'll find a spacious master suite including a workstation, a lounge chair for reading, a full bathroom with dual vanities, and a convenient walk-in closet.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
