Modern, newly renovated condo overlooking

Enjoy the relaxing view from your deck overlooking the lake outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Is., the airport and only 5 min from I-26. The space is fully functional for 4 adults (children welcome). There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The first bedroom overlooks the lake, has a king bed. The second room has a qn bed. Both rooms have tv’s and installed blow dryers.
The common area sofa does not pull out. Three smart flatscreens. There is a wine & coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen with all the essential items, fireplace & high-speed WI-FI. This unit offers keyless entry and 1 assigned parking space but there is ample parking for extra guests to park.
The sofa has been changed to a single cushion sofa, same size and the deck furniture has been changed.
There will be additional charge of $150 pp/per night over 4 guests.
One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

Great Place

We were in Charleston for a week and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out when needed and had everything necessary for an extended stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

We loved this property. Clean and newly updated. It’s centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown and the airport. We sat on the deck overlooking the water out back every night. Owner answered questions very quickly and left recommendations on places to eat and visit in the area. Perfect place to stay!

Great Stay!

Annette provided an amazing stay! The condo was clean and very modern! Location was within 25-35 minutes of downtown Charleston and many beaches. We loved the home and would stay again! The only con I had, was the king bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy with any movement - my toddler did not enjoy me waking her up with my tossing and turning haha. It was overall still a great stay! Can’t wait to visit again!

Wry nice and relaxing place in a convenient location

We came here for a short family trip to explore beautiful Charleston and Isle of Palms. The house was very nice, clean and provided ample space for the four of us. We enjoyed starting the day with a sip of coffee on the balcony with its beautiful views. A big plus was also that there’s an Electrify America fast charging station just 3 miles south, by Target. Checkin and checkout were easy and flawless and the owner, Annette, was super nice and fast to respond. Thank you, Annette, for making this all so easy and enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back.

Staying in Charleston area

Annette was a great communicator! The house was spotless, neat, and beautiful! What you see in the picture is what you see at the house. The neighborhood was over all quaint. The sound of few trains passing at night didn’t bother us. Location is around 25 minutes from downtown Charleston, and 25 minutes away from the Magnolia plantation. If you looking to save some $$ to splurge on activities and fine dining in Charleston, look no more.

Very nice unit - exactly as pictured. Newer appliances and no problems with unit. Unit is about 20 minutes from downtown and 15 or so from airport depending on time of day. We did not utilize the pool so no comments regarding that.

Sofa was very hard and uncomfortable, vent cover falling in dining room, upstairs never cooled off despite having AC set at 65 degrees, sticky hand railing, another car parked in our assigned space, very loud outdoor creatures including a constantly barking dog, neighbors walking up and down emergency railing onto our porch, only 3 channels on the TV, bed’s uncomfortable
 one too soft and sinking and the other one squeaky.

Nice Accommodations for Dance Competition

We came from Michigan for a dance competition. Everything was very nice and accommodating. Super easy to check in and out and fast communication. The pool was a great bonus to come home to after a long day. Only minor down falls were the patio furniture was constantly covered in debris from the trees and the geese were insanely loud at night and you could hear everything. Recommend a fan or noise machine if light sleeper! Neither are in owners control and would not change my mind to stay here again!

Constructive criticism

Overall we enjoyed the property. This is meant to be constructive for guests: 1) beds are extremely uncomfortable as are pillows. 2) need access to additional bedding and towels. Our youngest child could not fall asleep on the bed, so she ended up sleeping on the floor. Because we didn’t have access to additional linens, not everyone has a blanket. That was unfortunate. Also, not enough towels, or hand towels. The ones that were there were very thin and inexpensive. They didn’t absorb the beer. It would have been nice to change out. 3) the air freshener is way too strong.

Very nice property

The condo we stayed in not the original one we booked. The manager notified us that there was an issue with the permit two weeks before our trip. This unit was comparable but didn’t have a fireplace. A third unit was offered at the last minute, but we were still placed in the second condo. The condo was nice, with cute decorations. We had a nice view of the pond. There was a musky odor in the condo that reminded me of an attic. We got used to it and opened up the patio door to air it out. There was a bathroom in both bedrooms and a half bath downstairs. That was a nice surprise. There was coffee, spices, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had family nearby so we didn’t get to use it. The bed we slept in was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress. I would have preferred better paper products too (2-ply toilet paper please). The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood was beautiful. The manager was professional and accessible. We would book again, especially the original unit.

Fun little getaway in Charleston with family. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and easy access. Very clean and just as it was described in the overview. The property host was very kind and answered any questions. Highly recommend this property for a small family.

My younger son and I booked this apartment to see my older son for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful apartment overlooking a beautiful pond. It is very updated and had everything we needed in order to have a great Thanksgiving there. The beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend! We loved it

My home away from home

I stayed here the last time I came to Charleston and loved it so much that I had to come back. It’s so peaceful and such a beautiful setting it makes you feel right at home. Annette is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and does her best to accommodate you. Highly highly recommend staying here. I know I will in the future

Celebrate fiance 55th birthday quietly

This place was wonderful. The pictures didn't are nice, but you have to see it for yourself. It's quite, the lake is nice. Everything thing was just awesome. We just wanted somewhere nice and quiet for just the two of us and this place didn't disappoint at all. We will definitely be back.
