This neighborhood of large lots and quiet streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bikes and walk to the ocean. The large, east-facing deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the sunrise, or an afternoon glass of wine in the shade. THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
