We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 209. We were there for 9 days and were able to enjoy all it had to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were very grateful for the cooler, umbrella and beach towels which we used daily. The view and AC were wonderful and we loved our evening time out on the lanai enjoying sunset. It was not fancy but everything you need for a great week and at a great price.

We had a great time staying here! Quiet, not crowded, tucked away from the resorts but still very close to everything. The hosts responded quickly when we had questions. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the waves. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area!

Though no direct beach access on property, we enjoyed many beautiful sunset views from our lanai. It made a nice Maui home base for my wife and me. Also loved having an in-house washer/dryer, as well as free parking.

Whales, turtles and a view ow my. What a great place, would love to come back and stay in the same condo. We love this place much better then any 5 star hotel. If you want the beach life this place is not for you, but if you want the quiet vacation with a incredible view, this is the place.

The location is great and the place is welcoming, however the place wasn’t very clean. The carpet needed to be vacuum cleaned mor, I’ve tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it is not in good condition so it didn’t help.

advertised A/C, not so fast

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: one bedroom condo, one split unit for A/C in the living room at the other end of the condo from bedroom. split unit was very tired and never cooled off the bedroom. ended up sleeping on the terrible sofa bed.

Aloha — mahalo for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the unit is advertised correctly: it is a one-bedroom condo with a single split A/C located in the living room. We have not had prior reports of cooling issues with this system, and we did not receive any notification during your stay that it wasn’t performing to your expectations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short three-night stay on our way back from New Zealand to join our daughter's family on their one-week stay. The condo was clean and well appointed and had a great ocean front view.

Above and beyond

Being invited to a friend's wedding in Maui was a blessing. This condo made it a dream. And the upgraded flooring from carpet to laminate was a wonderful surprise!!

This place is beautiful, so cozy with a wonderful view, only thing is the ac unit was not working properly, it was a warm day and night and just couldn't get it to cool, but other than that it was great!

Very good stay overall

The place is well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped with appliances and everyday accessories. The photos are accurate, and the property faces the ocean, making it easy to check in and out. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but you can't lower the temperature; the bedroom only has a fan but no AC! The mattress is excellent, but the pillows must be better and firmer.

Well maintained

The Resort may be a little older, but 209 is modern, cleam, comfortable. Check for the parking pass in the basket on the kitchen counter. The resort is clean, well maintained. The pool looks to be cleaned at least twice everyday. There is a grill and chairs on the ocean front area. Access to the area is to the right when you get off the elevator and opens at 9 AM. There are stairs down to the ocean. Safe neighborhood from what i coud see and i took a walk around Manager was friendly
