Diese zwei Schlafzimmer zwei Bad Eigentumswohnung ist ein sicherer Gewinner für Ihren Telluride Urlaub! Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Upgrades, die diese komfortable Wohnung eine gute Wahl für den erfahrenen Reisenden zu machen. Granit in der Küche, Ausstattung, und südwestlichen Dekor alle kombinieren, um zu geben Etta Place Too # 105 ein einladend komfortables Ambiente. Die Betten sind eine Königin in der Master-und Split König im 2. Schlafzimmer (kann König oder 2 Zwillinge sein). Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Beide Bäder wurden modernisiert. Etta Place Too ist an der Basis der Lift # 7 und Nieder Milk Run befindet und Einweichen in der heißen Wanne wird sicherlich unterhaltsam sein, wie die letzten Skifahrer reiten den Berg direkt vor Ihnen! Comfortable and had everything we needed

We had a great stay and enjoyed the town. There is no AC in the unit, so it would have been nice to have more fans, as the rooms were a bit stuffy.

Great choice for Telluride

We had an excellent stay at Etta Place 2. Communication with the owners prior to our stay made our arrival and check-in very easy. Thought the welcome gifts were very thoughtful. Loved the proximity to lift #7, the town shuttle and the river walk trail. Perfect accommodations for our four adult travel party.

Memorable ski stay

Pictures & description of condo are absolutely accurate. Kitchen, though small, is well equipped. Being on the first floor provides easy access to close by ski lift. Most restaurants in town, or gondola for Mountain Village, are within a reasonably brief 12 minute walk. If a full day of skiing makes walking less preferable, the town's "Galloping Goose" bus will stop just outside the front of the building.

Spacious Famiy Gathering Spot

Great location and gorgeous sunset views. Although the condo was clean and comfy, it needs updating with brighter colors, new bedding, and a more modern master bath. The hot tub and pool added to the year-round enjoyment. We certainly appreciated the staff's attention and service.

Great Location!!

This condo is in a very convenient location - a short walk or bike ride to the river and town. We spotted bears on the mountain directly behind the condo TWICE during our stay. It was such a cool experience. We'd stay here again just to watch the bears!! We had a couple small maintenance issues and the management was VERY responsive and quick to fix the issues - great service!!

Great place and Great location

This location and place was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that you can hear other people so clearly in the morning. Every morning we couldn't get any sleep because the upstairs had kids and/or outside had trucks going around. And this was around 6 or 7 AM for the 4 days we stayed here. Other than that it was great

Etta Place Too is part of a large complex of condos and can get pretty busy, but you can't beat that location. And having a nice hot tub to relax in at the end of the day sure helps. Great condo. Had no problems with anything.

First time to Telluride and really loved the mountain and town. It's intimidating to look at for novice skiers but don't worry. My son is an intermediate snowboarder and could get down easily from the top. .. and runs near the village are super "beginner friendly"

Very pleased with accommmodations

The condo was clean, convenient, and well stocked. When we checked in we didn't understand the parking registration instructions. By the time we understood, it was the weekend and it seemed too late to take care of it. We used the paper pass and didn't have any trouble. We had a good time, we were comfortable and were satisfied with the condo.

We emailed you once a month since June regarding parking and never received a reply from you. We emailed twice during the week of your arrival. We sent a welcome email with the parking information you signed but never responded with your vehicle information. As we are a company and just a single owner, all of our communication is via email. We are going to start using a text communication system as emails can get lost in the shuffle. That will hopefully eliminate issues like this in the future. We hope to be able to host you again for future Telluride visits.

All great with a couple issues

This place was perfect for 2 couples. Customer service was impeccable. We had just a of couple issues. A minor issue is that the toilet flush in one of the bathrooms really needs to be fixed. It works but it’s just annoying. You’ll understand when you try it. The second major issue that we had is that the jacuzzi was out of order when we were there. That was soooooooo disappointing. Play Pickleball for 2 hours and hike 5 miles up a mountain and back and believe me, a jacuzzi is all you want. We were very bummed it was out of order. Overall, everything was fantastic.

Great location but unit needs updates

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Etta Place. The location was great and the unit was a nice size and layout. We were most excited about the pool and hot tub since our kids haven't been able to swim this summer, but unfortunately the pool was dark green with an algae problem. I know that this wasn't the fault of the property management, but since this was the reason we booked this property it was a huge disappointment. It would have been nice if they'd offered anything other than just recommending a local river to swim in instead. The unit itself was okay but for the price we expected the furnishings to be a bit nicer. We ended up joking about the smelly couch throughout our stay but it didn't make us want to sit on the main couch for long. The kitchen sink was also almost unusable because the water pressure was so low. We ended up using the wet bar more than the kitchen for washing. Again - nothing major, but for the price we expected it to be a little nicer.

Hi Robyn, We appreciate the time to write down your thoughts about the Etta Place Condo. There are something that are beyond our control and and in the reservation agreement it states we can't be held responsible for things beyond our control. This "new normal" we are living in has brought changes that we can't foresee or predict. The HOA of the complex felt it was in all guests and owners health benefit to close the pool. We wish we were able to get the sink fixed before your departure, but in our remote area, things sometimes take longer than in a central area. It was fixed as of yesterday. We were not aware of the couch and will get that addressed right away. If you let us host you again in the future, we will offer you 15% off participating properties. We would love for you to give us another try. Thanks again and have a great rest of your week.

It was good. Not having an outside entrance, patio / veranda, it felt a bit stuffy. Beds are in need of replacement. Sleeping was a chore for my wife and I. In fact, one of my kids chose the floor to sleep, and the other slept on the couch… instead of their beds.

Great slopeside location!

This property was a great spot to stay for a friend's ski trip. Lift 7 is right outside the back door, and you can ski right back up. The space itself was very comfortable and just right for 4 adults. Overall, great spot!

Perfect for our family if

Although at the edge of town the walk to this condo along the river is wonderful. A nice bike and walking trail. This place had everything we needed and even extra thoughtful items like antibacterial wipes and gel, sunscreen, chapstick etc. in a nice little goody bag. Was clean and comfortable.
