Tarvenier offers some of the best snorkeling and diving offered in the Florida Keys, such as Alligator Reef, Fowey Rocks and Mosquito Bay just to name a few.
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home is decorated in a Coastal theme, with a big deck off the back to use as your outdoor living space.  Spacious open concept living areas. Outdoor deck is complete with Grill, extra refrigerator, dining table and chairs, and outdoor lounge.  Read a book and have a drink and bask in the winter sunsets.  The back of the house faces west for those sepctacular sunsets that light up the sky. 

Kayak a short distance from home to the open ocean and explore or fish in the open waters.  Perfect kayaking area at end of canal which opens to the ocean fishing and exploring.  

Close to Harry Harris park for boat launch, or to just enjoy the day at the beach at no extra cost.  Harry Harris Park offers barbecue areas, public restrooms, and playground area for small children.

Boat launch is $30 on weekends, however, it is included with proof of property lease. 

Two beach chairs,  beach umbrella and cooler for your enjoyment.

Sink and lighted fish cleaning area available on lower level of deck. Ice maker included for your use.

Extra refrigerator on the outside patio for bait or plenty of adult beverages.
Use of 10,000 pound boat lift for extended stay guests (bunk adjustment at renters expense) IT is required that a professional Boat Lift Company adjust the bunks of the lift to fit your boat and verify the weight of your boat.  If it is too long or too heavy you will not be able to use the lift, and the dock is unusable. There is a fee ( $300.00) to utilize a boat lift company, and they must be notified in advance of your arrival to accommodate your boat fitting.  The fee for the company will have to be paid in advance of your arrival. This procedure is to protect your boat and proper use of the lift.  We wouldn't want the lift falling into the canal with your boat on it, as and example.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
