The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

The apartment is located in the perfect area to enjoy a family vacations or attend any events in Daytona beach. We were there for 11 days and we definitely come back in the future. The owners are very nice and kind, was easy contact them when we need them. The only problem was the noise from the construction in the building bc they been affected for the storm and the building need to be repaired but, we just learn how to deal with that and do t pay attention and just go out and enjoy the beautiful beach ,.I recommend to everyone rent this apartment and enjoy your vacations. I want to thanks the owners for the kindness and blessing things we have been receiving in our stay.God bless you !Jenny and Alex.

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Beautiful beach view. Never had to fight for space at the pool as most often we were the only ones there. The twin 6 year olds had a blast in the pool. Our Host was very informative with any questions that we had and always quick with any response. We will gladly stay again if we make a trip back to Daytona in the future.

This condo is in a great location and met all the needs of our family. The floor to ceiling patio doors were what attracted us to the condo, and the views did not disappoint! The owners were in contact at all times, and the process and instructions were easy to manage and very clear. I would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family. The owners were very accommodating with our late arrival, and the condo had everything we needed. The ocean view from the living room and wrap-around balcony was spectacular. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the extra space the two bedrooms gave the kids to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lot of fun on our stay! We loved how big the condo was! Very spacious & didn’t feel cramped! Nice porch area & beautiful view!!! Time of year was perfect! Weather was nice and beach is not that busy! It is a drive in beach area, which we didn’t know. So just so future people know with kids! Communication with owner was very nice and smooth! They were always quick to answer anything & were very informative! Location is nice & close to a lot of things! Especially a Publix! And only about a 30 min walk on beach to pier! Condo its self is older and you can see where it has had some storm damage but you can see it has been addressed! Condo building is definitely older, and currently opposite house is
