Triplex For Sale. NO RENTING UNTIL

Triplex for sale. These pictures are not from the place. We are trying to evict the current people, we will need time to fix it and take pictures. We are hoping to have the place available by April 14th but we do not know yet.

Main entrance Front Left (South). Unit B is the only one with a ramp. Unit A is next to. Front door opens to a foyer, first is the kitchen, on the left a good size living room with dining table and couch. 1 bedroom has a single bed, 2 bedroom a double bed. A shower bathroom. A door in the back takes you to a yard. Parking is on the side.

We do extra disinfecting and deep cleaning. It sleeps 3 people in bed. Located in Cocoa, this 1930 vacation duplex is at 5 minutes drive to the river, 30 minutes from Orlando airport and all Amusements Parks Disney World/Seaworld. 15 minutes from the Space Kennedy Center, Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach Pier. 5 minutes to The historic Cocoa Village and The Avenue Viera. Coastal Florida Sports Park or Space Coast Iceplex area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

I only have 4 hours before I leave florida not sure what can I accomplish but these are items we don't have or I may be able to get some before departing:
A couch
A twin mattress (from 12/15 to sometime in jan this house only has a queen bed)
A TV
A rod for a curtain shower and for twin bedroom and a wardrobe

These items may or not be at the house if rent before jan 7th.

There is not washer and dryer. Laundromat is located a block away.

There is no WiFi but I can get it upon request takes 2-5 days and neighbor might be willing to give you access in the meantime.

Please see rules, keep it clean. Worked very hard for this. When leave turn off lights and AC windows. Lock all doors. The one in the back always from the inside.
There is an extra $10/per day for cleaning laundry for 3 to 15 days after 15 days goes to $5/day but the web is not letting me to add it. Contact me for more questions.
