Sea Glass Cottage is a beautiful 6 bedroom 6.5 bath home located in the quiet, gated community of The Villas of Frangista Beach! This newly constructed home features a large private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that can also be heated, private beach access, included golf cart, and sleeps 18 comfortably.

The first floor offers the convenience of a master suite with private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living room with an 80" TV and Sonos system. On the second floor, you will find 4 master suites all with king beds and private attached bathrooms. The third floor is a large open room with 4 queen beds (bunks) and a full bathroom. Perfect for all the kids!

This home has a private beach access but is also located in between Pompano Joes and Whale's Tail. Both have lots of parking, public restrooms and showers, and beach bars.

Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, Sea Glass Cottage is just minutes away from the sugar white beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

We had the perfect stay here! It was great for a multigeneration family. It was close proximity to the beach. And the golf cart was definitely a plus! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

We were blown away by this amazing house! We enjoyed breakfast together every morning, hanging around the pool, and spending time together in the evening. Everyone had their separate rooms with bathrooms! Everything was close by and the golf cart was fun and handy! This place exceeded our expectations!

Good stay

Beautiful home with lots of space for our large group. We loved having bathrooms in every bedroom and king size beds. It has everything you need in the kitchen and more. The distance from the beach was further than expected, but we did have a golf cart.

Perfect Stay!

Our family had a fantastic week staying here! The pool was heated, the house FULLY stocked and perfect amount of space for our family! It in a great quiet neighborhood. They had a few baby items that were super helpful to have. The house has every kitchen item needed. The pool was cleaned every few days and when our heater wasn’t working super well, the owners sent someone to check on it quickly!! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful home tucked away in a gated community just blocks from the beach. The backyard is wonderful and so private. Pool was warm and bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you wanted to and loved how each room had access to a bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation!

We couldnt have chosen a better place for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed. Amazingly stocked kitchen. Great backyard pool and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each adult couple. The third story kids bedroom was great and the kids loved having a space of their own. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Family/friend vacation

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 3 families with children if various ages and everyone had enough space! The home itself was clean, well maintained and furnished with everything we could need. The golf cart was nice to use to get around if we wanted but the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and glad we did; if we weren't at the beach, the kids were in the pool! We would definitely book here again!

Wonderful Stay!

It is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful time there. The pool really saved the day because on the first few days a tropical storm had come in and we couldn't get in the ocean. We didn't have a single complaint. It is very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. Hopefully we will be able to return there next year!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here with 2 other families and couldn’t have been happier. The house was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable for the 12 of us. It’s in a great location, the use of the golf cart was very convenient. The only complaint we had was we paid to heat the pool, but it wasn’t warm enough for us adults to go in. The kids, of course, didn’t mind. We did get refunded for it for a few of the days. We would definitely stay here again!

We drove from Midwest for Springbreak in Florida. The backyard pool was the best also getting around with golf cart a lot of trips to Dairy Queen. Happy we made decision to pay extra to heat pool. The house was perfect for our crew beds and bathrooms. Felt like home with all fully equipped kitchen and details like hand soap, Kleenex, TP, paper towels, extra pillows blanket. Had everything for a good start. We shopped at Public and Walmart for everything else we needed! Thought we had a good price for the rental would do it again for same price. Wish there was pool toys swim towels and beach unbrella and chairs bc next time we will definitely fly bc drive was horrible too much traffic added hours on to drive time!!!

Amazing Multi-family vacation

This was the first time our family has stayed in a big house together so we were a little anxious, but there was no need to worry. This property had everything we needed and then some. We cooked large meals for 15 people every night and they had every pot and pan and baking dish we needed. They even had a crockpot! We used the outdoor grill one night and it worked great. The washer and dryer were in constant use with all the people we had staying there. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the pool every day and the cute backyard with loungers, chairs, tables, and floats. There were enough for everyone. We had a couple kids with us and they loved it. They provided beach chairs and a tent which was much appreciated since we flew and couldn’t bring our own. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I would like to share the few pitfalls we had but they weren’t dealbreakers. The parking is a bit of a challenge, due to strict HOA regulations. (The security guard sat outside our house each night and made us feel intimidated.) If we could have one wish it would be a larger common area on the main level. With the amount of people we had we needed more space downstairs. We needed more kitchen towels or rags. There were sugar ants on the kitchen countertops.It would’ve been nice to have a blower for the pool deck. The trees were dropping things and we couldn’t walk barefoot.

Clean, spacious, nicely appointed, beautiful getaway for the family.

The property is like a HGTV dream home experience. The pool is a comfortable size and was nicely heated for our stay. The deck around the pool has many lounge chairs and tables, couches and rugs that make it feel very comfortable to be pool side. The massive high def TV in the family room is easily viewable from every part of the kitchen and family room. The couches and chairs and ottoman around the TV area are massively comfortable. I loved the long kitchen table with bench style seating. Very easy to put a beautiful spread of food and easy to seat a large number of people comfortably around the table. Every bedroom had its own TV, its own spacious bathroom and the beds were amazingly comfortable. High ceilings throughout make the place bright, airy and spacious. We no longer have really young children, but the third floor set of nicely arranged four queen size bunk beds can easily fit eight kids and once again, they have a nice TV and their own bathroom to use. The golf cart is a fun way to head over to Bad Ass Coffee or up and down the beach access road. The property is situated in a quiet corner of the neighborhood, which also means you have to be respectfully quiet too :-) The kitchen had massive amounts of silverware, plates and cooking implements and a nice ample sized refrigerator making it extremely easy to make some tasty meals for the family or friends. The unit has flash water heaters so you can enjoy long hot showers without fear of cold water. There is even a shower outside the house to wash the salt from the beach off. And even with that, you can get hot water there too to make that comfortable. Nobody goes on vacation to do laundry but the washer and dryer were large in size and perfect for drying the day's beach and pool bathing suits for their next use. I can't say enough about this property. We will easily make it our destination for future trips to the pan handle. 5 stars!!!!!

Roach Infestation

While the house is very appealing with the bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor living space, we encountered roaches on the second day while cooking. I was hopeful it was a one and done but they continued to come out while cooking, eating, and even showering. When I notified the owner, he stated the house had been sprayed not long ago. He also said there was a problem of water bugs in the area. He dropped roach bait traps off on Monday. We set these out. Didn't work and they were starting to appear day and night. I contacted Bob and he said it was a new house but he would ask the pest control company to come out. The situation was so bad we hated to cook or even eat in the house because the roaches would crawl on the island to where we had cooked food and trying to serve. We vacuumed daily, never left our dogs food bowls out, trash went out every evening, washed every dish/utensil before we used it and after because the roaches were even in the drawers! When I contacted Bob again disgusted he seemed annoyed and said he would send someone out. Next he requested for me to send him a photo of the roaches we were killing. I did and he never replied. The handyman came that afternoon with Ortho spray who said we had to leave the house for two hours so he could spray and he told Bob this. We had two dogs and had to make arrangements to leave with them the next day. We returned almost three hours after to puddles of spray around furniture legs, appliances, and baseboards. Roaches soon began appearing upstairs. We had to empty every suitcase and inspect to ensure we didn’t bring any home. It was horrible. Bob never apologized, or checked on the situation despite telling me he would address.

Great Beach House!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a hit for adults and kids, and we spent most of our days swimming. The golf cart was great to get around and use to go to the beach.

Great lifetime friends

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm. It was so wonderful having a bathroom for every room The 6 person golf cart was wonderful to have for rides to get coffee and to the beach. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating to us. We left all of our beach chairs we purchased for the home because they were so accommodating to us. Wonderful property!

We absolutely loved this house! Very clean, great location and accurate to VRBO listing. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and offered some shade later in the afternoon which was needed after a day at the beach. The golf cart was an extra bonus and great to get around! Beds were comfortable and house was welcoming. Highly recommend this house!
