Schwebendes Rundhaus im Paradies mit Mehrfach-Sportplatz, Fitnessraum & Heimkino

Welcome to the top resort-style luxury villa situated in the ultra-exclusive community of Cap Cana behind the prestigious gates of the Punta Cana Resort & Club in the Dominican Republic. This soaring, two-story sprawling villa is the summit of upscale living, boasting three separate swimming pools, a sports court, outdoor kitchen under a covered palapa, indoor gym, massage room, cigar room, games room, and eight luxuriously-appointed bedrooms with spa-like en-suite bathrooms.

Live like royalty in one of the most highly-sought-after destinations on the planet to vacation, while a professional staff caters to your every need. Lounge around poolside with your favorite frozen cocktail, or work up a sweat at the indoor squash court before enjoying an alfresco meal under a moonlit sky with friends and loved ones, the choice is yours.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this semi-circular estate provides an inherent sense of serenity and tranquility to its visiting guests. The collapsible glass walls add a sense of free-flowing ease, carelessly wedding the outdoor spaces with the indoor ones. Take a walk and enjoy the indigenous wildlife, which includes towering coconut palms, palm fronds, and color flowering plants that immerses you in a state of zen and relaxation, or take up any number of activities right in the comfort of your very own luxury villa.

Indoors, you'll find long flowing curved spaces, vaulted wood-beam-lined ceilings, and cozy, designer-furnished luxury for the perfect mixture of unpretentious style and upscale class. Enjoy a round of billiards in the game room, or watch your favorite movie in the media room with a semi-circular plush sofa that mimics the curves of the outer estate walls. Polished wood floors, natural stone tiling, and perfect evening lighting helps to round out the idyllic nature of this estate.

As a guest, you'll feel like you're staying in one of the world's finest hotels as the property comes completely serviced and staffed. Let the private chef cook up a gourmet meal for your group, allowing the butler to set the table and perfectly deliver the meal, akin to an experience at a fine dining restaurant. During your stay, housekeepers help to tidy up behind you while the villa manager and concierge allow you to book nearby activities and excursions effortlessly.

Nearby, you'll find the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada golf course, along with the Eden Roc Beach Club situated just 700 meters away from your doorstep. Or, take a trip to nearby Juanillo Beach and enjoy the white-sandy shores and shimmering topaz waters of the Caribbean.
