This beautiful 180 square meters apartment with TERRACE is partially renovated and located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens.
It is well equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends! It can receive up to 9 people!
You will stay ideally in the heart of the village, close to all amenities and several sites of interest!

## Logement
This three level apartment with basement is sublime and very well equipped! You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay.

- The first floor is composed of a living room with fireplace and television; a separate kitchen fully equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, filter and tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and refrigerator; and an independent toilet.
- The second floor is composed of a bedroom with a bed 140; another bedroom with a bed 160 ( 2 beds of 80) and a bathroom with shower; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; and an independent WC.
- The second floor includes a room with a bed 140 and a bed 90; another room with two beds 80; a shower-room with shower; and an independent WC.
- The basement includes a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator with freezer and storage.

Please note that you will have air conditioning in all rooms; and that you will also have at your disposal: WIFI, cot and changing table.
You will also have a 40 square meter TERRACE, where you can have your aperitifs in the calm of the beautiful sunny days!

Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the village center!
Various bars, restaurants and shops are nearby; and for your daily shopping, you will find the mini-market "Proxi Alimentation" at 2 minutes walk.
It is also close to several places of interest, namely: the House of Chocolate and Cocoa (3 minutes walk); the Roquebrune-sur-Argens Town Hall (1 minute); the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Church (2 minutes); and many others...

Visit fun and popular places in the village such as: La Base Du Rocher (4 minutes by car) and the Water Glisse Passion water park (5 minutes). They offer interesting tourist activities!

With more than twenty hiking trails, discover the majestic Rocher de Roquebrune, the Étangs de Villepey, or the 25 Bridges site. If you like climbing, the cliffs of the Gorges du Blavet are ideal. If you like sports, you will be spoilt for choice with water sports, such as water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, scuba diving, and even thalassotherapy, or with "calmer" disciplines such as golf and tennis. And not to be missed, the culinary detour to be intoxicated by the aromas and savor the remarkable local products, such as cheeses, nougats, honey and wines of Provence, and many others; all prepared with the traditional know-how, a true cultural heritage.
