Bring the family to Soda Springs and delight in easy access to the slopes, lakes, and hiking trails. This home is right around the corner from the Soda Springs Ski Area and just down the road from Boreal Ridge, with Northstar and Squaw Valley about 21 miles away. In the summer, travel just seven miles to Donner Lake and only two miles to the Serene Lakes for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The Pacific Crest Trail is also nearby for superb hiking and mountain biking.

Dock details: "Lot 1" is the area on Serene Road at the south end of the lakes. The facilities include the Snack Shack, the bathrooms, watercraft storage racks, picnic tables, volleyball court, BBQ grill, audio-video equipment, sun tents, swimming dock, boat dock, bocce court, horseshoe pits and the sandy beach.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
