Beautifully designed home with 360 degree mountain views and located less than 5 minutes to the Keystone Ski Resort. Enjoy the sound of the river out back or take advantage of the Keystone Golf Course out front. Walking/bike/nature paths in every direction. Private, serene, and within minutes to 5 major ski resorts. Relax to the sounds of the river from the patio lounge and enjoy mountain views from the hot tub. This true mountain retreat will have you coming back year after year!

This home has large, open gathering areas, with brand new furnishings and technology. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, enough dining seating to seat 16+ people, and plenty of comfortable areas to relax in. Luxury mattresses and bedding throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Large master bedroom with en suite master bathroom complete with steam shower and soaking tub. New TV's throughout, with cable and Apple TV. New luxury hot tub off of the upper deck with beautiful views of the Rockies. Two fireplaces - one wood burning upstairs and one gas in the downstairs living room. Full gym located in garage complete with weight machines, treadmill, bike, elliptical, and free weights. Driveway accommodates up to 6 cars.

Terrific house. We have stayed annually in the Keystone area for more than a decade. The Keystone River House is by far the best house we have stayed at. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, large hot tub, great views and location, large kitchen, and the list could go on. Highly recommend this house for a large group.

Hi! I apologize there weren’t enough rolls of paper towels left out for your group. I’ve spoken with our house cleaning and they will ensure to put more than enough going forward. We typically have always put two rolls for our guests and that has been enough for the weekend, but I appreciate the feedback and we will adjust that up. Glad you had a nice trip otherwise!

Amazing Spring Break Week!

We had a wonderful stay over Spring Break in March. The house was just as advertised and the view of the mountains off the back deck was unbelievable, especially while soaking in the hot tub! The garage was really nice to be able to park in given the snow we got while there. Definitely a perk too. We will absolutely be booking again the next time we return to Keystone!

Fantastic Family Fun

This house! Can’t wait for a return trip to Keystone! Would choose this house over and over again! It is so accommodating, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Can’t beat the large dining table and extra table! Hours and hours of board games played!! Large kitchen that you can move around in easily! Loved that the downstairs bedrooms were set up with bunks! Fits a large group of adults and you never feel on top of each other! We were two families with 10 adult children!

SB Ski trip

Nice home and comfy stay. We went with friends and family for a week. No real complaints, except they took a $5K damage deposit that i still have not received back over 2 weeks after my trip. Host didn't realize it was on her too confirm, and the communication has not been great and it's very inconvenient. I still don't know where my money is.

Amazing

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. Kim was super kind, caring and thoughtful. The communication with her was excellent and she was always ready to help us in any way possible. The house was located very close to the sky resort which was perfect for our family vacation. The house was just as advertised. It has this modern look and it was beautifully decorated. Throughout the house there were tips and information that were very helpful. The view from the balcony and hot tub was just amazing. We definitely recommend it. FANTASTIC

WE LOVED THIS HOME. We stayed there for 6 weeks of spring skiing. Location: Its perfect, on the rec path, on the river, its close to the highway, but not too close. Quiet cul-de-sac. House: Very comfortable, great views, nice, warm. It was just great. Ski Neighborhood: 5 minutes to keystone, 10 to A-basin, 20 to breck, loveland or copper. Also, 5 minutes to the supermarket, stores, restaurants. Super convenient. Management: Great! House was super clean, very-very professionally run. The cleaners were so nice that I'd be happy if they moved to my town My only complaint was the garage needed to be cleaned out. Overall, 5 stars wasn't enough, but that was the limit of the stars.

Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations comfortably slept our group of 9 adults. We spent most of our time in Keystone/Dillon in the outdoors and we were excited to come home each evening. Not much better than the hot tub on the balcony after a long day! We watched the sunrise and sunset nearly every day. Plus, the stars from the balcony in the evening were incredible. Location has plenty of privacy but not too secluded. Garage gym was a plus and the river is a short walk with running trail. We certainly plan to stay at Elk Crossing again in the future! Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Everything about this house was perfect. Location on the Snake River was awesome. The front yard hosts the 6th green of the golf course which was fun to sit and spectate! The subtle sounds of the river can be heard right off the back deck. Also a short walk to horse stable (7 minute walk). Keystone is a short drive away as well (5 minute drive). Easy walk if you are up to it! We had 13 total guests, house easily slept all of us. Whomever draws master bedroom you are in for a nice treat, it's huge! Loved the workout equipment in garage as well. Older equipment but it does the job. More VRBO's should have gyms!. Nothing like a workout, followed by a hike, finished by a dip in the hot tub to start a Colorado morning! The one and only knock was the coffee situation. Need to order a new coffee maker, it is pretty much useless. There was a Kurig but nobody likes Kurig coffee! There are 2 great coffee shops within about 5 minute drive away so we got over it. Highly recommend AVA rafting trip in Buena Vista. It's a little more than an hour drive from house but totally worth it. Great drive through mountains. All in all it was a perfect house and we feel blessed to have spent the week there. Honestly it's probably the first VRBO we have stayed in where it was actually nicer than the photos. Highly recommend!

Great Winter Vacation

A large group of friends stayed at the Keystone River house and we all had a great time! To start, the views from the house are incredible and if the clouds allow you will have see beautiful sunsets. My group was mostly out of the house enjoying the nearby ski resorts and were only in the house to eat, sleep, and relax. The location is great and is near A-basin, Copper, and Keystone. We used the hot tub every night after a long day on the slopes. The house is spacious and accommodated my large group nicely. We made dinner each night; the kitchen is well equipped and open. The bathrooms are clean and are well stocked with linens. The steam shower in the master was especially nice after being out in the cold all day. There were little placards throughout the house with helpful tips/instructions about how to use various things. The host and property manager really made this a great experience. They respond quickly and answered all my questions and gave great recommendations to help ensure our trip went as smooth as possible. We had a minor clog in one of the bathroom tubs and the host responded promptly and had a plumber all set up to come snake the drain. The property manager and host also helped me coordinate a birthday surprise! Everyone in my group all enjoyed the house and had a great trip. The majority of my group work in healthcare so this was a much needed vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect home in the heart of the Keystone Area

Can't say enough great things about the host and this property! We had a large group (reunion of college friends) and everyone had a blast here. Seamless check-in/check-out, comfortable beds, great hot tub, massive kitchen, and so much more. And only 20+ minutes from 4 different ski resorts! Hoping to make more trips back here in years to come!

Snake River Retreat

Beautiful mountain home on the river. The house was perfect for our large family. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our family loved it! Lots of games and family meals around the large tables. You just can't beat coffee on the beautiful deck listening to the river (the for real sound machine) while enjoining the view of the mountains!!! What a setting! One recommendation would be some solar lighting around the driveway. It's super dark at night in the mountains and very hard to see the driveway! But, this VRBO was a definite "10"!!!

Awesome view, space, & location!

We loved so many things about this property. It’s so beautiful, clean, and large inside. The view off the balcony was awesome! Our large group had plenty of space and had everything we needed. We loved the location, less than 5 min from the slopes, and less than 5 min to Dillon for groceries, restaurants and shopping, and the lake! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Kim's Dad started the tradition of bringing our families to Keystone for an annual family ski trip years ago, and when he passed away unexpectedly in 2020, we set out to find a place of our own to continue that tradition. We realized life is too short and we want to spend our time and money on experiences and memories. We want to allow other people to stay here and enjoy this beautiful piece of Colorado too! This home is in the most relaxing and beautiful location, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
