Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view of the sea. Three parking spaces are available for free.

Apartment Features:
You get the whole ground floor. The space includes five bedrooms - three with double beds, one room with two single beds (that can be used as a living room instead), and one small bedroom with a single bed. You get two bathrooms, one restroom, and two kitchens.

Three bedrooms have a view of the sea and garden. There are two front doors and three glass doors with exits to the terrace facing the garden so there is a lot of space and privacy.

There are 5 air conditioner/heating units in the apartment, as well as radiators in every room (central heating).
All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and all the windows have shutters. The bedrooms also have drapes to block the sunlight in the morning.

There are two HD cable TVs that feature a lot of foreign channels (including German, Austrian, Italian, French, etc.).

There are two washing machines in the apartment, we also provide clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Both kitchens have fridges, stoves, toasters, and electric water kettles. The large one also has a freezer, an oven, and a microwave.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, flatware, as well as some cooking essentials. There is no dishwasher.

Fresh towels and bedding (sheets, blankets, pillowcases) are provided, as well as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. There are also extra blankets and pillows available in the apartment.

Two bathrooms feature a sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub with a handheld showerhead, large mirror and an infra lamp. The restroom has a toilet, sink and urinal.

The apartment is regularly cleaned with Hyla deep-cleaning system.

IMPORTANT: The Piran city tourist tax is not yet included in the price.
The tax has to be collected by all hotels and private apartments at check-in in cash, the price is 3,13€ per adult person per night, 1.56€ for children age 7-17, nothing for children under 7. This tax is already mentioned in the pricing information.
When sending a booking request please confirm in the message that you saw, that the Piran City Tourist Tax has to be paid in addition.

My father lives on the first floor of the house and is available to answer any questions.

In the summer months (late May until mid-September) we also rent out a small summer house on the same property that accommodates 2 people so the garden is shared with them.
The tables and chairs in the garden and on the terrace are not shared.
