**Top Level:** Huge living space with a 50” TV, equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, spacious dining area, half bath, and access to the rooftop sky deck with ocean and sound views.

The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee.Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.You must be 25 years or older and present throughout the lease period to rent this property.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
