Nice and Clean some small maintenance items

Overall house was very nice and clean. Living room couch needs to be replaced. And air vents should have closures. Very strong AC although one unit broke last day but they were there to fix in morning. Beds slept great . Bathrooms nice. Front door needs floor sweeper .and just minor sparkling in kitchen and living room ceiling. But great location and within 5-10 minute drive of most amenities . Management very responsive.

Safe & Beautiful Vacation Escape

Property was easy to find, large driveway for our 2 rentals, easy to use keypad access for entering home upon arrival. Felt very safe, all the comforts of home! Beautifully kept home and property. Pool and outdoor space were very large for our family of 6. We felt connected yet had our own space for privacy. Communication outstanding, response time fast. Late checkout offered to us without asking which was amazing since our timeshare checkin was 4 pm. Would highly recommend this home. We’ve been to Aruba numerous times and will return to this vacation property!!

Great Home and Neighborhood

The property was as beautiful as the photos showed. The pool was operating and was great. The house and yard were well furnished. It was located in a neighborhood close to Eagle Beach so it was easy to get there and back. The house was also near one of the larger supermarkets which allowed us to purchase fresh food and cook/eat at the house. One of the great features was a rooftop patio with chairs and a table. Everything anyone would need to relax was provided at this property. We would definitely return to this same location.

My name is Roxanne and I started hosting in late 2019. Together with my husband, we own various properties and I decided to open these up for rental. My husband owns a construction company and an upholstery company, so it was easy to covert houses, fixer-uppers, and more into vacation rental properties, as we do everything in-house ourselves. From building kitchen cabinets, pools, making our own mattresses, and having the right employee for the right job such as maintenance, plumbing, and more, we knew we had all the tools in hand, and in-house, to provide an excellent service to our Guests, in case needed. From hereon I opened up my own property management Summer Sky.

It is a growing baby of mine.

As we grew rapidly, I decided to join forces with my best friend Bettina, owner of her own property E Cas di Zoe, who has extensive years of experience in the hospitality world and managing properties. Bettina brings over 30 years of experience to the table. In June 2022, Hester also joined the team. Hester just graduated in Tourism and Leisure in The Netherlands. She will be our Junior Manager of the Property Management. And together we form the happy trio of Summer Sky Property Management.

Our vision is to grow sustainably, within our own grasp, providing the most excellent courteous service to our guests. Our mission is to become the most reliable, trustworthy Property Management in Aruba.

We recently just opened up our own in-house Laundry, but we could do laundry as well for our Guests for a small fee. We also open up our Coffee Corner for that early morning coffee, all with our Guests in mind. Both are located at Bushiri 33.

I am very grateful for you choosing us, and rest assured that we will do all in our powers to ensure your stay with us is the most memorable one.

Nothing beats going out to enjoy and explore some place new and then coming back to your 'home away from home' for a nice shower, before jumping into your super comfy bed for a good nights sleep while you recharge to make the best out of the next day of your vacation! This is why we have made it a priority to design the space in a way that brings together comfort and luxury, while still allowing you to feel at home at your ´home away from home´. I also have a large family, so having a spacious layout such as the one of this villa was a priority for sure. This, along with the comfortable beds, a modern design and large common space areas are what bring this place villa all together and really do make it the perfect place to stay at while you visit the one happy island and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The villa is also well-equipped with the right amenities that will definitely make for a smooth stay, such as kitchen appliances, beach chairs, beach coolers, just to name a few.
