Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ and view of the ocean from the terrace pool deck . Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stanley steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom Living room has 50 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and two queen beds in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom.

You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!
We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans

The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Great Time in Deerfield Beech!

The newly renovated condo was just a block from the beach as well as the walking boardwalk alongside the beach. It was a great location & we enjoyed the pool. Kevin was very gracious to our requests like bringing us a cooler for our trip to Key West.We absolutely had a great stay!! We would go back & enjoy the place in the future.Highly recommend it!

Convenient and Enjoyable

Our unit was very nice and comfortable. The location was great and only would have been better if it was on the beach. It was a quick walk though, and an easy one. I would definitely stay here again.

Randazza 7 day stay

Nice place. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the updated room, clean & fresh looking. We lived in bocca 10yrs ago. It was great to see a small motel turned into this little gem.

Great Location

We had a very nice stay! The location was perfect. I'm a walker and the paved path on Deerfield Beach starts right across the street from this apartment. It's just shy of a mile down to the pier and the many restaurants and shops of Deerfield Beach. We walked it every morning. The building and grounds were very well kept. The folks staying/living there were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Gina is spreading false claims/reviews about the property, you had our direct number if you had any issues, complaints or questions which you never reached out to let us know. At the property we have a pool guy that goes twice a week to clean and service the pool especially on windy days that you had during your stay, we have a maintenance guy that goes every day to walk the property making sure everything is in place with the property, outdoor furniture, pool area, pool and keeps the property well maintained and up to date.

Overall the unit was as expected. The curtain in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Its too small to block the bright light from outside. Impossible to sleep that way. We needed to hang a blanket on one end to make up the full length of the window. There were minor esthetic issues with dressers and cabinet drawers and handles broken. Could have been more kitchen plates bowls. The pool area was nice we spent a lot of time there. It was quiet.

Property was as advertised. Had stayed there once before and enjoyed it. Apartment needed a few repairs that owners said would be addressed. Only negative was laundry room. Needs upgrade and new machines. Some where out of service Overall a great stay

Short weekend stay at the last minute

Overall the stay was good. The bedroom needs room darkening shades as the outside light remains on all night. I'm not sure if covid played a part but the only condiments/spices in the cupboard were salt and pepper. There were coffee filters but no coffee. There were beach chairs and towels if we needed them which was nice. The place was clean and located in a quiet area. A hot tub would be nice as the weather was unusually cool.

Perfect location

My mother, 7 yo daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located across from the beach with public access. The location of the condo was in a less congested part of deerfield beach, which we enjoyed. The decor was modern and the condo was very clean. The 2 beach chairs, supplied by owner, came in handy and were in good condition. The king size bed was very comfortable! I would absolutely recommended this VRBO.

Clean and comfy stay

Condo was exceptionally clean and exactly as shown in the listed pictures. Nicely furnished, super comfortable bed and they even provided beach chairs !! Beach access and restaurants where within a 10 minute walk or you could drive and park and pay ($3 a hour) right at the beach. Manager was super nice and explained how everything worked when we arrived. My only suggestions to improve our stay would be some sort of drapery in addition to the blinds that are in the bedroom to block out the walkway lights outside the condo that stayed on all night and maybe adding a hand held shower head to the shower. We would definitely rent this condo again..great stay !! Thank you so much.
