Known as our "Pineapple Paradise", this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located on the ground floor so you don't have to worry about stairs or busy elevators. Bringing in groceries has never been easier! You'll have a master bedroom with a king bed, closet, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a guest bedroom with their own closet, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a great breakfast bar. The living room is quite cozy and offers direct access to your patio where you can sit outside, while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning, and let the salty air whip through your hair. The owners include their washer and dryer in the unit for your use as well!

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
