The seclusion, wildlife, calm and tranquility is perfect for every vacation. The cottage has plenty of updated amenities to make this a memorable stay. The western views of the sunset is one of the most famous views in Maine. There is plenty of sleeping quarters which would comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Frye Island offers 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, a restaurant and an ice cream stand. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating and fishing including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Please note this property does not supply pillows, blankets, linens or towels. We are also going under additional renovations by adding a larger kitchen, 2 additional bedrooms, a 3rd bathroom and a walk in pantry. Also a screened in porch overlooking the water.
