This one bedroom, 450 square foot condo has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living space. There's a double pull out sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Cable and Netflix are provided on two smart TV's along with reliable, high-speed wifi. This is the perfect place for your mountain getaway!.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located just a few steps off main street on the South Side of town. A 6 minute walk to the Maggie Base Area and Quicksilver Lift. Right across the street from the local grocery and liquor store. The village of Breck is at your fingertips, a great landing spot after a day on the slopes or trails.
Getting Around:
It's easy to explore Breck from our centrally located condo. You can take advantage of most of what Breck has to offer on foot straight from the condo. The base of Peak 9 is a six-minute walk, and the Carter Park sledding hill is a block away. There are plenty of places to rent bikes and explore the nearby trails, and there is one space available in the building's indoor heated parking garage.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Interaction with Guests:
We will arrange for you to receive the access code to get in the door, and we are always available via message, text or phone for the duration of your stay.
House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
