The space
As you drive in to this hidden oasis you feel like you've been transported to a secluded land. At the front of the community is the Pool (pool towels provided), hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor showers and tennis courts which have plenty of privacy from the mature trees surrounding. There is a picnic area in the courtyard behind the Condo, and at the back of the complex is a basketball hoop where you will also find a marina with a boat ramp to launch your Kayak/Canoe into Henry Creek, which flows directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo itself has a downstairs entry to store beach/pool supplies and a screened in lanai, so you can enjoy the cross breeze from the fall to spring pest free. The kitchen is ample size for whipping up meals, with all the cooking utensils you'd need. The lanai is off of the great room and also has a sliding door to the master bedroom. The condo has two large bedrooms with queen beds and are fully equip with extra linens and 4 air mattresses. If you are looking for a hideaway to come and relax this is the home for you. Still you are only a short distance from anything you might want to do. Sun Harvest is 1.3 miles down the road offering souvenirs, orange and juice samples as well as their popular orange ice cream. The condo is 9 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 8.5 miles to Fenway South Park (JetBlue) and across the street from Lakes Parks. Shopping and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes, and you are only 5 min from 41 if you want to take a day trip to Naples or the Florida Everglades.
