30 day minimum rental for Charming private guest house sleeps three with a single bed (brand new DreamCloud Mattress) and pullout double bed (brand new Queen Mattress with extra mattress pad for comfort.) This guest house also has a kitchenette with mini fridge and freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave. There is a dining room table w three chairs and private bathroom. Private parking is steps outside your front door and you also have a private sliding glass door in the back which overlooks the zen garden, bird bath and fruit trees and golf course. A short stroll to the Naples Beach Hotel (when it opens) or Lowdermilk park and many restaurants and a pharmacy that also delivers. A short drive or Uber to Artis-Naples and Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical Garden.

Many people have inquired asking about Hurricane Ian. While many in my community were devastated by flooding, my property and i were very fortunate that we were at a high enough elevation so the flood only came up my driveway but not all the way into my home. The property/my zen garden was impacted somewhat by the wind but the plants and trees have begun growing back and life is returning to “normal.” The guest houses are comfy but not fancy. I have reduced the nightly rate due to hurricane impact on the property and hope the small “damages” have been fixed before you book or arrive but also hope you understand that finding workers available in this area for “small” jobs is almost impossible while they are busy rebuilding entire homes.
