Beautiful 5br/3ba home only one house back from the ocean. The house is just 60 steps across a campground road from the beach access. Panoramic double decks surround 3 sides of the house with upstairs bedrooms having access to the upper deck. This is a 2 story ocean view house on stilts with parking for 4 vehicles underneath the house. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, den, one bathroom and a bunk room (full/twin, full/twin). Upstairs are 4 queen rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Labor Day weekend

We stayed with a family of 10, plenty of space, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent view from balconies. Would stay again!

Amazing

We had an amazing vacation and loved #1037 beach house. Beach access was great and beautiful view of the ocean. The house was very roomy and made us all feel like we were at home.

Great Vacation Spot

It's a great place to stay! Everything worked and it was clean and in decent shape. Just a few light bulbs out was all we noticed. A/C worked great, plenty of hot water, nice kitchen, TV in every bedroom. Lovely property! Just steps to the beach and nice neighbors. Will definitely stay again!!

family vacation 2020

Meghann was very easy to work with. Thanks to her, check-in was seamless. The few issues we had were addressed very quickly. The property is very nice and the location is very close to the beach. It does need a little TLC, but nothing major.

Cockroaches

The house was fair for a rental. The hot water should be turned way down or a child is going to get scolded. Our biggest issue was with the cockroaches outside on the deck and inside the unit. The property manager didn’t seem too concerned that it pretty much ruined my wife’s vacation, having to worry about a cockroach crawling across the bed at night while sleeping.

Not our best vacation

this property needs some TLC. It is under new ownership and the property owner manages it from out of town. The refrigerator broke the very first day and was not replaced until Thursday of our week stay. The dirty bed linens and towels from the previous tenants stayed on our deck the entire week we were there. There are bats in the eaves of the house. When we arrived on our first day you could tell nothing was done with the floors. There was a dirty razor left in the upstairs bathroom. We have rented this house in the past and had no problems at all and wouldn't have minded the extra time and effort we had in keeping our food iced in coolers all week because we understand this was out of the owners control. We were agitated with her because she told us she would be there Tuesday, then Wednesday then by noon on Thursday and didn't actually show up until 4:30 Thursday. We spent the entire day on the beach waiting for them.

2 story stilt house, second row from beach. Beautiful beach views. Deck off front door with lounging area. Door opens into an open concept living/dining area. One full bath downstairs. Bedroom downstairs has 2 bunk beds with a deck off the back of the house. Great for kids.. huge picnic table and does not connect to steps downstairs. Also has a door on this deck to enter the back of kitchen. Full washer and dryer included. 4 bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed. 2 bathrooms that do not connect to rooms. Each room has a door to a deck, right front and back rooms share a deck and the left front and back share a deck. Lounging furniture on both decks. House isn’t as modern as others but not outdated. Linens and towels are not included in price but can rent from owner. Golf cart not included. Great place for big groups, plenty of room, and easy access to beach. Would recommend!

Pros and cons

Pros: The property is in a great location. Had a wonderful time with my family. Cons: The house was disgustingly filthy. Although, personally, I know how difficult it is to find a good cleaning service. As stated in other reviews the house is in desperate need of a renovation. Lastly, there was no check-in/out instructions or guest book. Communication was sparse.

Perfect location

The house is great for larger groups, we loved all having our own room and bathroom. The location is PERFECT, just steps away from the beach!

LOVED the beach view-and breeze on all of the porches!!

While this property is not luxury updated-its very quaint and cozy! Very easy to keep clean while allowing the kids to be kids. Some “minor” things could be fixed that Make it perfect, for me to Live there !! My family loved our golf carts, the put put The skate park, the inside pool, etc!! We Will be back!! Thanks for all your assistance!!

Great location

The location is right next to the beach so you can't beat that. The property is a little dated - the bathrooms and kitchen have not been renovated in a long time - but it's a good place for a family gathering. Our stay was in the winter and it was not busy, but if you go in the summer time you should expect a crowd. The houses are very close together in this neighborhood.

Much needed get away

Could not have asked for a better location! This house is 2 back from the ocean with spectacular views. We watched the sunrise each morning from the top deck, right outside our bedroom. Check-in was very easy and Meaghan was very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered my questions very timely. Had a wonderful relaxing time - will definitely rent again!!!

Family trip

The house was very unclean!! The beds were already made when we arrived (I assume cleaning crew did not take the time to change them) and turned down the sheets to stains and black hairs EVERYWHERE. Our bed had large brown stain all over boxspring and what appeared to be blood stain on the bed skirt. Another room the pillows smelled as if the bed was slept in(body odor). Meghann was very easy to get a hold of got us new sheets, but by that point everyone slept with just the top sheet and didn’t want to touch the comforters on beds. She did offer to have the cleaning crew come back but with so many people and belongings in a house no one wants that! Crumbs/ kids toys/ dog treats and clumps of hair all over floor. I’ve went through and read reviews dating back MONTHS stating how house was unclean.. and being told new cleaners were going to be hired? Does not seem like they cared enough to do so. Also, the dryer didn’t work. We had to spend more money on the laundry mat on top of all the money we spent on the house. Not ideal. Tiles broken all throughout house as well. I will say a positive of it all is the house is in a perfect location. It was great for the older adults and the young children to get back and forth from the beach.

Amazing view

We had an amazing time. The house was pretty well kept and had an amazing view of the ocean from the top floor. Steps away from the beach and just a short golf cart ride from every where else.

Covid Summer

The property manager was great the property itself is very nice very very close to the water. The cleaning crew did a terrible job my wife and I had to clean again once we got unloaded. They cleaning also spent sat in the parking area located under the house smoking which you could smell in the house for several hours while we were cleaning. A slide from that I would recommend this house to anyone great location

Great location...Ample room...Not so clean

Let me leave this but saying that everything was as listed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm certain we will return again soon. That being said, I was NOT thrilled with the cleanliness of the home AT ALL and had to go through and clean upon arrival. That is NOT what I want to be doing on vacation nor after paying that amount of money. I do not consider myself a "clean freak" nor "germaphobe" but, I do have standards. Also, I did call the property management re: a non-functioning dryer halfway through our stay, but never received a call- back. Had to put out more money for the laundromat. To me that isn't acceptable either.

Everything was fine except hose was not cleaned when we got there , a cleaning crew had to come out and clean while we were there! Other than that the rest of the week went smoothly
