This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfect location!

Kamaole sands is the perfect location right across the street from the beach. The property was clean and was exactly as listed online. There was plenty of storage and room for a family of four (2 teenagers) and also had all the supplies for the beach including coolers, chairs and boogie boards. Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and spacious condo in a prime location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It had everything you need and more. Rafal even provides Netflix during your stay! Nicely renovated with high tech appliances. The bed was comfortable and clean and the A/C in the bedroom cooled the room off quickly. It was super close to Kamaole III, which we frequented often. Everything about this place was lovely and I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice condo with good amenities and really appreciated all the beach gear. Perfect stay for my kid and I, and the grounds were nicer than I had expected. Only let down was that the pool was too cold and the (kids) hot tub usually crowded—but I was in Maui for the beach not the pool ;)Note for light sleepers: there are some water pumps (possibly for the ACs?) that kick on for about 10 seconds every so often, including during the night. Didn’t bother me too much but just a heads up.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a fabulous view of the ocean and sunset. The location is perfect, as there is a beach right across the street and many shops/restaurants within walking distance. It is very well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. One of the great features of this condo is that it seems to stay fairly cool even without the a/c on. The property managers are excellent communicators at every step, from our initial reservation to our checkout information. We would rent this condo again!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay and a great week on Maui. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee admiring the beautiful grounds. The location was excellent. It was a quick walk across the road to the beach and an easy walk to shopping and a variety of great restaurants. PMI Maui was wonderful to deal with and provided great information before and during our stay. A huge shout out to Matthew for making sure that we had the best experience possible! We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful renovated condo across from K3. Kitchen is a chefs kitchen with everything you need for preparing gourmet meals. If there is any drawback to property it’s that the standalone AC unit in the bedroom is very loud and Minimally effective. Really needs to be replaced with window unit

Great location; clean and comfortable unit

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. WiFi worked fine most of the time, though we had a few times that the TV in the master bedroom couldn’t connect, but the outages did not last long. We loved sitting on the lanai. The only surprise to us was that the bathrooms were not as big as they looked in photos. However, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and we will recommend the unit and the property to friends.

This unit deserves ALL 5*

We have stayed at these condos before. This unit was by far superior to the previous unit. Communication and check in was seamless. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that there was no broom and dust pan so we had to use the vacuum every time. As well there is instructions to squeegee shower after every use but no squeegee. We had a fantastic experience. We will be back.

Very nice condominium ands location on Maui.

Stay - February 2019. Very nice, clean and well appointed condominium. Amenities at the complex were in good condition and well maintained. Besides cooking utensils there were basic spices and sugar present (many condos are bare), and laundry detergent. Nice beach across the street. Two considerations about this particular unit - there is not airconditioning in the unit (we stayed during the winter and this was not an issue, it may be different in the summer); there are only showers in the unit, if you have a young child this may be important to know. BK

The unit is cool even in the summer just as you have mentioned "this was not an issue". Bathing Tub for small kids can always be supplied upon request. Beautiful condo In a great location

This condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The finishes are high end, modern and clean. The kitchen is huge! The condo is so well stocked. The lanai is also huge and has a great view of the ocean and sunset. The grounds are nicely manicured and this unit has a view of the pool through the trees. The location was perfect and you can walk to the beach right across the street. You are a mile or two away from the luxury resorts and high end restaurants in Wailea-Makena and in walking distance to the more relaxed (but still so good) restaurants in Kihei. There are only 2 things to consider: the pool is always full of young children and the unit does not have AC. We stayed in August and I would have loved AC. The daytime temp was 85-90. The heat and humidity made it difficult to do much more than shower before a nice dinner out. (Hair and makeup) But, on a positive note, I loved going sans makeup for a whole week! You can keep the windows open at night but it is quite loud (mostly very loud birds) as soon as the sun comes up. Everything else was perfect!

Thank you for your Great Review. Our unit is blessed with lots of cooling trade winds. When you open the door, plenty of breeze will come through the secure screen door creating a natural AC. Yes, there are talkative birds everywhere in Hawaii. Oh boy... but you should hear the roosters on Kauai !

We had a small problem with one of the beach chairs and after contacting Matt at PMI Maui two new chairs arrived within hours. Our experiences with PMI Maui have been exceptional! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kamaole Sands 3-302 1 Bedroom condo was pretty much exactly how it was described. We really enjoy the location at the south end of Kihei Road where traffic is more quiet than just north of Kamaole 3 beach.A morning walk to the south, past the high end hotels of Wailea is a great way to start the day. The boardwalk and beaches route on the way back is beautiful.We are attracted to the large lanai and clean feel of the modern layout of this condo. For us, the location of this condo in the complex is our favourite, being on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful gardens.Everything you need to enjoy the beach is also included; even toys for toddlers.PMI Maui are great to work with and quickly reprogrammed our ceiling fan when it didn’t work. As our stay was for 6 weeks, they also left us with extra cleaning supplies, which we appreciated.We did find that the mop and vacuum, which are needed for longer stays, needed a little TLC in order to be used for cleaning. The chair cushions at the lanai table could use updating, as they were quite stained and the same as when we rented there 4 1/2 years ago.
