Great SA Retreat provides an open floorplan of the main living room, kitchen, dining area and side/game room. There is also a more private side sitting room near the master bedroom that can be closed off from the main areas.

A beautiful, private backyard (which is hard to find in the area). Enjoy the great outdoors while on the deck or in the large yard that backs up to a wooded green belt. View the various wildlife from the privacy of the fenced in yard. Cemented area with a basketball goal is located in the backyard as well. Grill some tasty cuisine outside on the charcoal grill provided.

There are a variety of games provided within the house. Play bumper pool or flip the table top to try your hand at poker (cards and poker chips provided). Binge watch the newest series, or catch up on some old movies, with use of the Roku/smart TV’s and your favorite apps. Sink into the comfortable couches or rest comfortably on the luxurious mattresses.

Feel free to make yourself at home in the kitchen with superb appliances to cook or bake with. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishware, utensils and glassware that you would need to cook/dine with.

There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in the laundry room for use if needed.

Note: There is one-step down from the entrance into the main living area/side sitting room. There is one-step down from the hallway to the laundry room.
