You will feel right at home when you step into the Edison, a clean, and cozy condo. Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. But it’s even more critical during this time. We are using the CDC standards to guide our thorough cleaning of our property. Conveniently located minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and everything that Nashville has to offer.

There is a master bedroom with a comfortable bed. We also have a queen pullout couch and air mattress for the living room space.

We are central to East Nashville and minutes from major downtown attractions.

A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 4. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
