Completely brand new 2-story luxury beach home. This home includes 2 living rooms, huge state-of-the-art kitchen, bar, 1 Master King Bedroom with an Oceanview balcony, master bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 Queen sized Bedroom with full bathroom, plenty of closet space, a double high Queen size air mattress, 3 fireplaces, and a private backyard with a salt water pool, spa, firepit and grill. Also provided is a queen size blow up air mattress. Located on Neptune Ave, it is an 8-10 minute walking distance to 2 different beach entrances and only 1.5 miles to downtown Encinitas. There is a separate ADU unit attached to the main house that may also be booked with guests. The accessory unit has a completely separate entry and living space. There is no access from one unit to the other unit. The ADU unit has no access to the backyard with the pool and spa, this area is exclusive to the main home.
(The garage and storage room upstairs are not accessible to guests) Please note there are no parties/events, animals/pets, or smoking allowed at all. Violation of any of these house rules will result in a $1,500 penalty fine, with no exceptions, that the guest will be responsible for. Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.
Bathrooms include showers, bidets, and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.
An outdoor pool and a spa tub are on site.

*The TVs do not have extended cable provider. Recommend bringing your favorite streaming device to hook up to HDMI cord behind TV, as most guests like to do :)

No outdoor activities allowed passed 10:00pm. This includes: making noise, hanging out, using the pool and jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor barbecue.
