Beach/Bay Condo w/Unobstructed water views of Bay And Pool! Walk To The Beach!

We understand that the renter was upset, as the pool work got delayed. The building management tried its best during the renter's stay, and apologized for the delay. The issue was beyond the owner's control and has been rectified. The pool work was completed and has been operational for subsequent renters. Soon after the reviewer vacated, a new couple rented the condo. They were very happy. Some of their (quoted) comments (sent by text) after they checked in the condo are: 1. "Condo is spotless and very well decorated" 2. "Been to Naples for more than twenty years and your place is the best" 3.'"It has been wonderful ..., your lovely condo and the complex, pool, ..." It is understandable that a reviewer was upset because of the (hurricane Ian related) issue and gave lower-rating. However, as mentioned above, the mentioned issues are no longer applicable. We request that unfortunate temporary issue based low star rating be ignored. and his focus turned out to be extract money from day one (as explained below) and hence his low-rating was not not only fair and it should be totally dismissed. Firstly, my previous renter couple did not complain anything about the hygienic part or lack of utensils -- they were happy that it we went above beyond to provide a lot more for the couple's needs.
