Thief, Drugs, Vulgar : (Rajesh and his family stole items from the house) His group created nuisance in the property. They left all sort of wired things in the property (including pouch with white powder that was emptied and when we made a police reporting we came to know those were just not powder but drugs), dirty cloths, condoms and name anything. It took our cleaner 2 full days to bring the property in shape. Broken beer bottle, vomit and such disgusting things were all over the place. It was a complete nightmare for us. Trust me no civilized people will do these things. We had to change our rental agreement after he checked out as we didn't want to face the same situation again. Mr. Rajesh did a business when he rented the property. Initially he booked the property for 10 Adults and 7 Children but he checked in with 30 or more people. He mentioned that it was too expensive therefore he had to get additional people. Him and his family had stolen plates, glasses, Lego, Board Game, remote and games. The neighbour was very annoyed by his and his families uncivilized act and at one point the neighbour had to involved police. We wanted to cease the rental agreement with him but he became ferocious. Before he checked in we had rescheduled it for him for two times without any additional cost because of some of his family member cancelled on him therefore he had to re-arrange people to pay for the rental. He couldn't really mention what money we have requested outside of VRBO platform so I should correct it to make it clear. We collect Damage deposit which is clearly mentioned in our listing but he failed to read it therefore it came to him as a surprise. Mr. Rajesh mentioned we had shared the pictures with him few months later which is a lie as we shared the pictures with him next day. Once we shared the pictures with him he had requested (begged) if we can refund him the damage deposit as he borrowed that money from few friends. He promised that the stolen items will be returned to us and he will find someone who can come and fix the broken couch. We trusted him and returned him the money to help him out so that he can get someone to come and fix the couch but since he got the money back he never answered our call. After one year later he just posted the review today.
